The demand for our services is enormous. To meet it we rely on volunteers, working in Crosby, Formby and Maghull bureaux, who help to resolve over 5000 problems every year.

We are completely independent and our advice is impartial, confidential and free. We are a charity. That means, like any charity, we rely on the support and generosity of companies, grant-making trusts and members of the public. People like you.
