Money Advice Caseworker /Trainee Caseworker
Salary: £ 21, 937 + 6 % pension
35 Hours per week

This posted is funded until March 2011 by the Greater Merseyside Money Advice Partnership (Financial Inclusion Project)
We are looking for an experienced debt caseworker or for someone with potential to develop into an excellent debt caseworker. Someone who has advice work experience, but who needs extra training would be appointed to NJC scale 5 (£19,370) and would be expected to progress to NJC Scale 6. (as above) after 12 months.

Money Advice Caseworker

This post would suit someone who has experience of specialist casework within a Legal Services Commission Contract.
We are looking for an experienced debt caseworker to join our successful Legal Help Team (we have a contract for debt, welfare benefits and housing). The successful candidate should have recent experience of managing a caseload and have an up to date knowledge of money advice practice and legislation.

For both posts we are looking for someone who is well motivated and able to communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of people. The ability to work under pressure and maintain targets is essential. You may also be expected to travel to outreach locations or other Bureau sites as required within the district of Sefton.
Clerical Assistant
Salary: £ 13,382 + 6% pension
35 Hours per week
REF: JP3
We are looking for someone to join our administration team to provide clerical support for the caseworkers in the Legal Help Team. You will have good written and numerical skills and have experience of Windows based software, particularly Word.
