In essence, an eviction brought about by the tenant''s reasonable complaints against the landlord .
This campaign was started by Debbie Crew when she worked at Citizens Advice Crosby.
Although no longer employed by Citizens Advice , she is continuing her campaigning work against this unfair practice.
