• Citizens Advice Sefton have a team of highly experienced trainers and caseworkers and can provide training to other organisations at a very reasonable cost.
• All existing training is aimed at increasing knowledge and enabling other organisations to identity issues and to help their clients to get the right advice and help.
• Our trainers are all  PETTLS  qualified and are also experienced advisers.
• We can design courses especially for your group.
• We can deliver courses in our training room or at your premises.



Examples include :

• 2-Day Introduction To Debt
  This course covers identifying priority and non-priority debt, liability for debt, dealing with creditors, drawing up financial statements and where to get help.

• 1-Day Introduction To The Benefit System
  This one day course aims to increase awareness and knowledge of the benefit system and to know where to get further help.

• 1-Day Applying For Disability Living Allowance
  This one day course covers eligibility for DLA, and how to make a successful application. It is aimed at carers and/or groups who help disabled people to identify entitlement to this benefit.
