experienced trainers and caseworkers and can provide training to other
organisations at a very reasonable cost.
All existing training is aimed at increasing
knowledge and enabling other organisations to identity issues and
to help their clients to get the right advice and help.
Our trainers are all PETTLS qualified and are
also experienced advisers.
We can design courses especially for your group.
We can deliver courses in our training room
or at your premises.
Examples include :
2-Day Introduction To Debt
This course covers identifying priority and non-priority debt, liability
for debt, dealing with creditors, drawing up financial statements and
where to get help.
1-Day Introduction To The Benefit System
This one day course aims to increase awareness and knowledge of the
benefit system and to know where to get further help.
1-Day Applying For Disability Living Allowance
This one day course covers eligibility for DLA, and how to make a successful
application. It is aimed at carers and/or groups who help disabled people
to identify entitlement to this benefit.
