Were You Affected by the Armed Forces LGBT Ban?
Recognition and support may be available for people affected by the Armed Forces LGBT Ban while serving between 1967 and 2000.
This may include people who experienced dismissal, discharge, investigations, harassment, disciplinary action or pressure to hide who they were during their service.
If you think this may apply to you, or someone you know, visit the official GOV.UK website for information about eligibility, support and how to apply.
Applications close on 12 December 2026.
